I WANT TO GIVE A SHE DAY TICKET AS A GIFT. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

Ok, first of all, we think you're INCREDIBLE for giving SHE Day as a gift! Giving experiences is so powerful! You'll use this special link to give a SHE Day ticket as a gift. We actually collect information from every attendee that helps us create custom content for them. So we need them to answer the check-out questions themselves. We also use this information to contact them closer to the event with a health check-in they need to fill out. 

When you purchase a ticket with the special link, you will receive a code your friend or family member will use to claim their free ticket. You can choose how you pass that code on to them (in a card, in an email, etc).  

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT?

We are going to try to have EVERYTHING covered for you! But here's a few things we suggest you bring: 

  • Your favorite journal and pen - you’ll be using it! : ) 
  • Your reusable water bottle.
  • YOU DO NOT NEED TO BRING A YOGA MAT – Yes, we will be doing yoga! : )
  • A few layers to stay comfortable throughout the day. 

 

WHAT SHOULD I WEAR TO THE EVENT?

 Wear whatever makes you the most comfortable! You don’t have to wear yoga or athletic clothes. We recommend something you feel very comfortable and confident in… and give it the “Bend and snap” test (yes, that’s a Legally Blonde reference ; ) What is it? Can you feel comfortable bending over and raising you arms over your head? If yes, then wear it!

I'VE NEVER DONE YOGA. CAN I DO THE YOGA? 

You won't find a better class to start your yoga journey on! This yoga flow, designed by Heather Young, a 500HR Expert Registered Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance. This yoga isn't about "beginner" or "advanced." It's about getting comfortable in your body and keeping it young and strong - and that's for everyone. 

 I HAVE FOOD ALLERGIES.  WHAT SHOULD I DO?

All food provided will have options to accommodate the following allergies or diet preferences:

  • Gluten-Free

  • Soy-Free

  • Dairy-Free

  • Corn-Free

  • Grain-Free

  • Vegan

If you have extensive food allergies, email Jennifer@shechangeseverything.com to see if we can accommodate you! As people who have lived with extensive food allergies, a) we know they are real b) we know what it feels like to go somewhere and not be able to eat anything, and c) we're passionate about helping everyone feel included and getting you all fed with healthy goodness!!
